This problem is mainly mate by Samsung Galaxy Y users.
Whenever you will tap dialer or Task Manager, it takes 1-2 seconds. It became worst when it takes more than 5-6 seconds. But, if you will perform the following activity, you can get cure for your phone! (Do it on your risk). I have did this experiment on 4 Samsung Galaxy Ys having no problem. You may keep a backup of Contacts.• Take Out your SD Card by turning your phone OFF.
• Now, insert the battery and press : Power Off+Home button+Volume Up Key simultaneously.
• Your Touch Screen your not work here.
• Use Volume down key to move to down menus.
• Select 'wipe cache partition' with Home button.
After Processing...Select 'Reboot System Now'
Your Phone will restart. Delete unnecessary apps. Your Phone will be fast...
